Eastern and Western. The primary difference is in their approach

Massage originating in the west (Swedish, Escalen, Neuromuscular
Therapy, Trager, Myofascial Release, Connective Tissue Therapy,
) are based in an anatomical understanding of our body.
Each person responds differently to massage and there isn't just
one style which is best for all.
Here at the Gemeni our therapist blends techniques from several
of these styles into a massage session that is right for you.
His work is based on a version of Swedish massage termed Connective
Tissue Therapy and has been shown to be effective in promoting
